Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack the telescope or accessory in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, lens caps, and hardware are included.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the box and ship the package via a tracked courier service to our Auckland distribution center.

Once our technicians inspect the equipment to verify its condition, we will issue a full refund or exchange to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
